Job Description
Responsible for kitchen sanitation and maintenance. Cleans dishes & pots, mops & vacuums kitchen stations and restaurant after hours. The qualified candidate must be a motivated self-starter with excellent standards of cleanliness, work ethic and organizational skills. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service. Cleanliness, organization and the ability to work well in a team situation are crucial to this position. Applicants must possess a strong dedication toward learning and continuous improvement.
